You are going to put yourself first! It will feel weird the first week, but once you get to week 2 and 3, you’ll start to notice that your selfishness has brought you so much more! We focus on designing a life in which “me-time” is consistent through daily motivation, daily check-in, daily fitness/nutrition tips, LIVE training, recipes, and best of all…SUPER SHORT WORKOUTS! As fast at 25 min/day.

Our goal is to make your overall health a top priority in your life; flexible clean-eating lifestyle (none of that quick fix or yo-yo diet s***), improve physical/mental strength through a YOU-centered, results-driven workout plan. To accelerate those results, you’ll also surround yourself with MySquad: A tribe of like-minded, fun, and motivating people who will uplift and support you as you go on this journey to the BEST.VERSION.OF.YOU.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to have access to a gym or live near you?

NO! This challenge can be done anywhere and is available for anyone living in the US or Canada. The support and accountability is all completely online. You just need a Facebook account to participate.

You’ll complete the workouts from the comfort of your own home, hotel room, or anywhere that can play a DVD. Most of Beachbody’s fitness programs don’t even require any gym equipment. Some require some hand weights and/or a resistance band.

If you happen to have access to a gym, you could always bring your laptop or stream select workouts and complete the workout there, but it’s NOT required.

Who are these challenges for?

EVERYONE! As your coach, I’ll help you find the best workout program that fits your body’s needs and that gets you to your goals the fastest.

But I have limitations…

When you start you may have to modify the exercises, press pause or skip a move (I still do!). You might even need a chair to help you.  IT’S OK! Just show up every day and give it YOUR best. Always consult with your doctor before participating in a workout or weight loss program especially when you have limitations.
